About Incorta

Our story

Our values

When our founders left Oracle in 2013, they noticed businesses were drowning in data, but unable to use it. Existing tools delivered stale reports, required IT hand-holding, and couldn’t keep pace with real-world decisions.

So they built Incorta—giving businesses instant access to live data from any source, self-service analytics, and the power to act on what’s happening right now. Today, what started as the solution to a universal frustration has become the new standard for how businesses access and use their data.

Our journey

2013

Departing Oracle, Incorta’s founders create the first prototypes for the Incorta Platform and Direct Data Mapping™.

2015

Incorta raises $25M from GV, Kleiner Perkins, M12, Telstra Ventures and Ron Wohl.

2017

Founders raise seed funding to develop the first commercial version of the Incorta platform and hire its first employees. Incorta lands its first three customers: Broadcom, Stanford University and a Fortune 500 Consumer Technology company.

2019

Incorta raises $30M Series C funding, led by Sorenson Capital and Wipro Ventures.

2021

Scott Jones joins Incorta as CEO and Rob Dillon as CFO, along with 200+ new hires, as the company expands globally. Incorta raises $120M Series D funding, led by Prysm Capital.

2022

Incorta recognized for the first time in the 2022 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Analytics and BI Platforms as well as a Best Workplace by Inc. Magazine.
