Scott Jones
CEO

Scott has more than 25 years of experience in building and managing global go-to-market teams in the enterprise software and marketing services industries, from early stage and high-growth, to market-leading, public companies. Before Incorta, Scott served as president and chief revenue officer for automated analytics company Alteryx, a company he joined prior to its IPO. He helped build and scale Alteryx from $75M in revenue to more than $450M over four years. There, he also grew the customer base from 2,500 to more than 6,000 companies. Before that, he served as the senior vice president of America Sales at Tableau Software, prior to its IPO, where he was instrumental in growing the sales organization and overall business from $100M to $600M in revenue. Earlier, Scott spent more than five years at SAP with various leadership roles, including COO of its Database and Technology Division, and Group Vice President – Large Enterprise Sales Western U.S., as well as senior roles at Business Objects. He earned an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Osama has more than 25 years of enterprise software experience. Prior to co-founding Incorta, he was Vice President of Oracle Applications Development. For two decades Osama developed and helped bring to market Oracle’s enterprise applications and business intelligence tools. He holds multiple patents related to data management and has invented new approaches to mobile strategy and information discovery.

Darryl brings with him over 25 years of sales experience growing and directing go-to-market teams globally.  His previous position at Alteryx as SVP of Global and Strategic Sales involved building out strategic sales motions, that helped the company grow from $30M to more than $490M during his short 6 years while playing an integral role in the company’s highly successful IPO.  Under Darryl’s leadership, his team was responsible for 30% of the global revenues year over year.  In over 2 decades, Darryl prides himself on the knowledge and expertise he has found building all aspects of the customer-facing organization from major accounts to enterprise and mid-market sales and channels. Before Alteryx, Darryl spent 14 years at Quest Software (Dell Software) in a variety of sales leadership roles.

Greg Peters, CCO, Incorta

Greg brings with him over 20 years of Customer Success experience scaling hypergrowth companies and renowned organizations like SAP, Tableau, and most recently Alteryx. His previous role at Alteryx as SVP of Global Customer Success involved him scaling the customer success organization from 30 to 200 associates globally which contributed to company growth from $100M to $490M during his 4 years. Under Greg’s leadership, go-market strategies were implemented in new and established regions, he unified the customer success teams and strategies to deliver sustainable value creation for customers and was responsible for influencing more than 60% of the company’s revenues. In his 2 decades, Greg has experience in presales, customer success management, support, professional services, and customer enablement functions. Greg is passionate about his customers realizing the value of their investment and is relentlessly focused on their satisfaction.

CIO and Cloud General Manager

Brian is the CIO and Cloud General Manager of Incorta where he advises Fortune 10 to Fortune 500 companies on their digital transformation strategies and how to gain the most valuable data insights in real time. Keare most recently was senior vice president of IT at Nortek Security & Control, a $600M company that engineers, manufactures, and distributes tens of thousands of security and home automation products. He holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Princeton University.

Matthew Halliday

Executive Vice President, Product Strategy and Co-Founder

Matthew is a veteran software engineer and data analytics expert, he co-founded Incorta in 2013 after more than 15 years at Oracle and several years managing products at Microsoft. With over 20 years of experience developing products and taking them to market, Matthew has served in several key roles across the company, playing a hand in nearly every aspect of Incorta’s growth and product development. An artist at heart, Matthew is drawn to technology in much the same way he is drawn to music and design – with a passion and vision that he brings to his work at Incorta every day. Matthew holds a degree in computer science from the University of Liverpool, where he graduated with honors.

Mohamed Dekhil
Executive Vice President of Engineering

With 14 patents and more than 60 published articles, Mohamed is a recognized innovator in data analytics, mobile applications, and cloud platforms. At Incorta, he leverages his openness, curiosity, and passion for all-things-data to help guide the company’s overall strategic direction while leading all product development and engineering efforts. Prior to Incorta, Mohamed worked at Apple, where he led a global team of more than 250 internal software developers and system analysts who built state-of-the-art enterprise services and applications for Apple’s internal human resources, compensation, scheduling, and communications functions. Before Apple, Dekhil held several leadership roles at Hewlett Packard, including that of chief technologist for strategic innovations at HP Labs.

Executive Vice President, Strategy and Alliances

A recognized leader in driving transformational change at Fortune 100 companies, Karl focuses on building a robust, multi-faceted partner ecosystem comprised of technology partners with whom Incorta’s technology integrates; system integrators interested in embedding Incorta’s technology within their own solutions; and traditional go-to-market partners, such as resellers and distributors. Immediately prior to Incorta, Karl founded and grew the enterprise business development function at leading venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins, and before that drove the strategy behind Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s hybrid cloud and advanced analytics transformation areas.

Sheri Kelleher, SVP People

Sheri Kelleher
Sr. Vice President of People

Sheri Kelleher is our SVP of People. She is passionate about talent acquisition, employee development and building high performing teams with a focus on creating the best employee experience. Prior to joining Incorta, Sheri was Head of People for Berkeley Lights, Inc. As a trusted member of the executive leadership team, Sheri was able to proactively drive the business and people strategies including a successful IPO during a global pandemic. Sheri has held leadership positions in banking, software, and biotech companies. She began her career in Human Resources in recruiting at The Boston Consulting Group.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English with a Psychology minor from California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo.

Vice President, Applications and Co-Founder

Hichem is a data warehouse and analytics expert and has design experience in a variety of industries, including project management, accounting, financial services, insurance, health services, pharmaceuticals, supply chain and human resources. Hichem spent nearly a decade at Oracle as an applications developer and software development director. Prior to Oracle, Hichem spent 7 years at Siebel and helped develop Siebel Analytics. He holds two master’s degrees and a PhD in Mathematics and Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Emily Lewis
Vice President of Marketing

Emily Lewis is a revenue-focused marketing strategist who builds scalable demand generation engines that drive product adoption and highly qualified leads to support enterprise sales teams. Emily has nearly a decade in the data and analytics space and was Incorta's first marketing hire. Most recently Emily led the demand generation function at Dremio, where she significantly scaled revenue and the marketing function to help earn the company it's unicorn status. Prior to that she held leadership roles at other data and analytics startups. Emily holds a degree in English from Brigham Young University.

Klaus Fabian
Co-Founder and Advisor

Klaus has more than two decades as a software developer and product manager. Klaus co-founded Incorta after more than a dozen years at Oracle where he was a director and developed Business Intelligence applications including BI Publisher. Klaus is a seasoned veteran of the analytics space. He started his career as a software developer in Germany. Klaus holds an advanced degree in computer science and an MBA from UC Berkeley.
