Incorta's AI agent for accounts payable goes beyond insights to take action. Running in Google Agentspace on Google Cloud, it connects to live Oracle Fusion ERP data through Incorta, so finance teams can move from analysis to execution in a single conversation.

In this demo, a financial analyst uses plain English to find pending invoice payments over $200,000, drill into the purchase order behind a flagged invoice, and pull year-to-date spend on an item from a specific supplier, with quantities and unit prices, across millions of records. The agent then checks the supplier's contract, which is unstructured data, to confirm which price tier applies after 100 units.

When the invoice doesn't match the contracted price, the analyst asks the agent to act. It reviews the existing holds on the invoice, places and releases holds, and validates the invoice, all without leaving Agentspace.
