The Objective

Zeus Industrial Products is a 60-year-old, family-owned company and one of the largest custom medical tubing manufacturers in the world. They specialize in creating highly specialized catheter tubing for the medical industry, producing everything from standard catheters to miniature versions small enough to contain cameras for exploring veins and internal body structures.

As a manufacturing operation, Zeus needed to track everything from production metrics to quality control, shipment analysis, and inventory optimization. But their data lived in dozens of disconnected places across the organization.

The Challenge

Zeus was stuck in Excel spreadsheets, 15-year-old Oracle reports, and Apex forms that couldn't communicate with each other. Leadership had no unified view of what was happening across the business.
