Osama Elkady

CEO and Co-founder

Osama has more than 25 years of enterprise software experience. Prior to co-founding Incorta, he was VP of Oracle Applications Development. For two decades Osama developed and helped bring to market Oracle’s enterprise applications and business intelligence tools. He holds multiple patents related to data management and has invented new approaches to mobile strategy and information discovery.

Hichem Sellami

Chief Solutions Architect and Co-founder

Hichem is a data warehouse and analytics expert and has design experience in a variety of industries, including project management, accounting, financial services, insurance, health services, pharmaceuticals, supply chain and human resources. Hichem spent nearly a decade at Oracle as an applications developer and software development director. Prior to Oracle, Hichem spent seven years at Siebel and helped develop Siebel Analytics. He holds two master’s degrees and a PhD in mathematics and industrial engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Klaus Fabian

Co-founder and Advisor

Klaus has more than two decades as a software developer and product manager. Klaus co-founded Incorta after more than a dozen years at Oracle where he was a director and developed business intelligence applications including BI Publisher. Klaus is a seasoned veteran of the analytics space. He started his career as a software developer in Germany. Klaus holds an advanced degree in computer science and an MBA from UC Berkeley.

Rob Dillon

CFO

Rob has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting for software companies. Prior to joining Incorta, he was SVP and CFO of Navis, where he led all global finance and administration functions and drove their M&A and business transformation strategies. Rob has also held leadership positions at Zebra Technologies, where he led finance and accounting for their supply chain software M&A practice, and at Lennar Corporation, scaling operations through hyper-growth and managing a multibillion-dollar P&L. He started his career at Ernst & Young, focused on audit and assurance for software and technology. He holds a BS in accounting from Saint Mary’s College and is a California CPA (inactive).

Awny Al-Omari

CTO

Awny is our Chief Technology Officer and brings over 24 years of experience in design, architecture, and engineering within the industry. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Ph.D. in physics and has a passion for innovation and creativity. Awny’s brilliant mind for software engineering lends itself to an abundance of skills including problem-solving, analyzing complex technical information and of course collaborating effectively across multi-disciplinary teams at Incorta.

Tom McCrory

SVP of Sales

Tom is our Senior Vice President of sales with over 16 years as a leader in the industry. He is passionate about leadership and inspiring his teams, whether as a team member or leader, to drive relentless curiosity and create a sincere desire to drive business impact to current and prospective customers. Tom believes prospecting is both an art and a science that is vital and must be cultivated and nurtured for the success of any business. We are excited about the growth and leadership that Tom and his world-class team will bring to Incorta

Ashwin Warrier

VP of Product

Ashwin is an experienced product management and analytics leader with a strong background in building and managing the product life-cycle of data and analytics platforms. He is currently leading the product strategy and product management initiatives at Incorta. Before joining Incorta, Ashwin led several product management initiatives around enterprise-grade analytics for Oracle’s enterprise applications, both on-premise and on the cloud. Leveraging the Oracle analytics platform to build pre-packaged enterprise analytics offerings to meet the needs of line of business users.

Margaret Guarino

VP of Global Marketing

Margaret is our VP of Global Marketing. Margaret has over 17 years of experience in developing strategies and executing integrated marketing campaigns. She is experienced and passionate about B2B and account-based marketing across multiple industries. Margaret has a proven ability in creating, managing, and implementing multi-channel, global marketing campaigns, and programs including digital, content, event planning, and branding, as well as expertise in social media to drive customer engagement, market expansion, and revenue growth.

Fadi Bassil

VP of Global Customer Support

Fadi Bassil is our Vice President of Global Customer Support and has over 20 years of experience leading and scaling pre- and post-sales teams in high-growth software companies. Based out of London, Fadi is a believer in human-centered leadership with an entrepreneurial growth mindset as a driver of organizational and individual success. He is focused on building and turning around high-performing customer-facing functions to drive sustained value creation for customers and business partners through attention to customer experience, internal and external alignment, collaboration, and a resilient and positive culture.

Shinji Yoshida

VP of Engineering

With over 20 years as a director at Oracle and a further six years of in-depth experience with Incorta, Shinji is our Vice President of Engineering and a great asset to Incorta’s executive team. Shinji specializes in cloud computing, software development, and enterprise software. An innovative collaborator, he likes to lead by example and inspire his teams to perform to the best of their capabilities.
