With over 100 years of combined experience in developing applications, analytics and reporting solutions for enterprise software firms including Oracle, Siebel, IBM and Microsoft, we have stepped out of the old world of data analytics and into a new one we’re building ourselves.


Osama Elkady


Osama has more than 25 years of enterprise software experience. Prior to co-founding Incorta, he was Vice President of Oracle Applications Development. For two decades Osama developed and helped bring to market Oracle’s enterprise applications and business intelligence tools. He holds multiple patents related to data management and has invented new approaches to mobile strategy and information discovery.


Klaus Fabian


Klaus has more than two decades as a software developer and product manager. Klaus co-founded Incorta after more than a dozen years at Oracle where he was a director and developed Business Intelligence applications including BI Publisher. Klaus is a seasoned veteran of the analytics space. He started his career as a software developer in Germany. Klaus holds an advanced degree in computer science and an MBA from UC Berkeley.


Hichem Sellami


Hichem is a data warehouse and analytics expert and has design experience in a variety of industries, including project management, accounting, financial services, insurance, health services, pharmaceuticals, supply chain and human resources. Hichem spent nearly a decade at Oracle as an applications developer and software development director. Prior to Oracle, Hichem spent 7 years at Siebel and helped develop Siebel Analytics. He holds two master’s degrees and a PhD in Mathematics and Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.


Matthew Halliday


Matthew is a veteran software engineer and data analytics expert, he co-founded Incorta in 2013 after more than 15 years at Oracle and several years managing products at Microsoft. With over 20 years of experience developing products and taking them to market, Matthew has served in several key roles across the company, playing a hand in nearly every aspect of Incorta’s growth and product development. An artist at heart, Matthew is drawn to technology in much the same way he is drawn to music and design – with a passion and vision that he brings to his work at Incorta every day. Matthew holds a degree in computer science from the University of Liverpool, where he graduated with honors.


Ziyad Dahbour


Ziyad has worked in enterprise data management for close to three decades, encompassing multiple roles ranging from engineering to consulting. Prior to joining Incorta, Ziyad led ILM engineering at Informatica which acquired TierData, a company he founded and at which he was CTO. Ziyad also was CTO and founder of OuterBay, which was acquired by HP. He started his career at Oracle where he held development and consulting roles focused on database and E-Business Suite.


Robert DeMartino


Robert has more than 25 years experience building all aspects of the customer facing organization from major accounts to enterprise and mid-market sales, channels, customer success and services. Robert has worked with successful early stage start ups and has built sales organizations from the ground up to well over a thousand people while diligently serving enterprises across the globe. He led domestic and international sales teams in the Americas, Europe and the Asia Pacific region while at Sun Microsystems. More recently he was part of the executive team bringing new and disruptive technologies for Data and Analytics to the market with Greenplum | Pivotal and Platfora up through their successful acquisitions by Dell | EMC and Workday respectively.


Brian Keare


Brian is the chief information officer of Incorta where he advises Fortune 10 to Fortune 500 companies on their digital transformation strategies and how to gain the most valuable data insights in real time. Keare most recently was senior vice president of IT at Nortek Security & Control, a $600M company that engineers, manufactures, and distributes tens of thousands of security and home automation products. He holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Princeton University.


Tara Ryan


Tara has over 25 years experience and success in global marketing for technology businesses in ERP, mid-market, SMB, security, industry offerings and has driven fast growth for multiple SaaS, IPO and public companies. At Coupa, Proofpoint and Zebra Technologies, Ryan led global comms and marketing and At Navis/SmartTurn, Ketera and NetSuite, Ryan oversaw marketing for start-up, VC companies through to accelerated growth and expansion. She joined NetSuite from Deloitte Consulting. As a Director of Worldwide Marketing she launched campaigns with companies with SAP, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, PeopleSoft and Oracle. Ryan was also Vice President of corporate marketing at Commerce One, Inc. and Vice President, Worldwide Marketing for Network Associates, where she managed marketing for five business units: McAfee, PGP, Sniffer, Magic Help Desk McAfee.com’s IPO. Ryan also led global advertising efforts and advertising agency management at Oracle Corporation.


Karl Meyer


A recognized leader in driving transformational change at Fortune 100 companies, Karl focuses on building a robust, multi-faceted partner ecosystem comprised of technology partners with whom Incorta’s technology integrates; system integrators interested in embedding Incorta’s technology within their own solutions; and traditional go-to-market partners, such as resellers and distributors. Immediately prior to Incorta, Karl founded and grew the enterprise business development function at leading venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins, and before that drove the strategy behind Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s hybrid cloud and advanced analytics transformation areas.


Mohamed Dekhil


With 14 patents and more than 60 published articles, Mohamed is a recognized innovator in data analytics, mobile applications, and cloud platforms. At Incorta, he leverages his openness, curiosity, and passion for all-things-data to help guide the company’s overall strategic direction while leading all product development and engineering efforts. Prior to Incorta, Mohamed worked at Apple, where he led a global team of more than 250 internal software developers and system analysts who built state-of-the-art enterprise services and applications for Apple’s internal human resources, compensation, scheduling, and communications functions. Before Apple, Dekhil held several leadership roles at Hewlett Packard, including that of chief technologist for strategic innovations at HP Labs.

Ron Wohl

Board Member

Ron is a private investor and CEO of Nanoscale Components. His expertise is in enterprise technology development and innovation. He served as Executive Vice president at Oracle Corporation for 19 years, where he grew Oracle’s application business from a startup to $1.6 billion of revenue. Ron holds an AB and MBA from Harvard University.


Karim Faris

Board Member

Karim is a General Partner with GV (formerly Google Ventures) and leads its investments in enterprise software, data analytics, and security. He brings over a decade of operational and investment experience to his role. He initially joined Google’s corporate development team in 2008. Prior to Google, Karim was a venture capitalist at Atlas Venture, where he worked on investments in software and Internet infrastructure.


Ted Schlein

Board Member

Ted Schlein has been with Kleiner Perkins for over 20 years and focuses on early-stage technology companies in the enterprise software and infrastructure markets. Before joining KPCB, Ted served as vice president, Enterprise Solutions at Symantec. One of Symantec’s early employees, he played an instrumental role in the company’s growth and dominance as a global software leader.


Rob Ruckert

Managing Director

Rob Rueckert joined Sorenson Capital in 2015 and leads the firm’s growth-stage technology practice. He enjoys working closely with ambitious leaders and is equally devoted to both solving their challenges and celebrating their accomplishments. Prior to joining Sorenson Capital, Rob spent 15 years in Silicon Valley at Intel Capital where he invested in over 50 companies worldwide. Rob holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth and a Bachelor of Science in information systems from Brigham Young University. He is a Kauffman Fellow.

Rashmi Gopinath


Rashmi leads investments in enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, devops, and AI/ML for M12 in the US, Canada, and India. She brings a combination of strong investment skills, startup operating experience, and a technical product background. Previously, Rashmi was an Investment Director at Intel Capital focused on investing in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and big data companies. She also led global business development for high-growth startups. Prior to that, she held product management and engineering positions at GE and Oracle. Rashmi has an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Mumbai in India.

Saad Siddiqui


Saad joined Telstra Ventures in 2016 and focuses on early to late stage venture investments in enterprise and infrastructure. He has led TV’s investments in NS1, Ripcord, Cofense, Incorta and Boomtown. Saad enjoys helping enterprise technology teams tackle business challenges of creating a product that users love and scaling up their business. Prior to joining Telstra Ventures, Saad was an executive at Informatica where he led various acquisitions, venture investments, partnerships and product strategy. Earlier in his career, Saad worked at Cisco Ventures & Corporate Development and worked as an investment banker at RBC Capital Markets and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Walid Aref


Walid Aref is a professor of computer science at Purdue. His research interests are in extending the functionality of database systems in support of emerging applications. He also focuses on query processing, indexing, data streaming, and geographic information systems (GIS). Walid's research has been supported by the National Science Foundation, the National Institute of Health, Purdue Research Foundation, Qatar National Research Foundation, CERIAS, Panasonic, and Microsoft Corp. He is the recipient of the CAREER Award from the National Science Foundation and Purdue University’s Faculty Scholar award. Walid is a senior member of the IEEE, and a member of the ACM. He received in BS and MS in Computer Science from Alexandria University, Egypt and his PhD from the University of Maryland.

Marge Breya


Marge is the Chief Marketing Officer at MicroStrategy where she oversees all marketing, branding and market expansion disciplines. Prior to joining MicroStrategy, Marge served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Informatica, Senior Vice President of Marketing Services at HP, Executive Vice President Worldwide Solutions and Industries at SAP (including Business Objects) and Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer at BEA. She also held business leadership roles at Sun Microsystems. Marge received a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Oregon.

Jeff Epstein


Jeff has led financial operations for leading companies including Oracle Corp., Nielsen’s MMI Group, and DoubleClick. He currently is operating partner for Bessemer Venture Partners, a global venture capital firm that invests in enterprise, consumer, and healthcare technology startups. Jeff also serves as a board member and adviser for: Kaiser Permanente, one of the world’s largest healthcare companies; Shutterstock, a global marketplace for licensed imagery; Twillo, a developer platform for communication, and The Priceline Group, the world’s leader in online travel. In addition, Jeff lectures at Stanford University, where he teaches the lean startup methodology to engineers. Jeff holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Yale University, and an MBA from Stanford University.

Anant Jhingran


Prior to his role at Google, Anant was the CTO at Apigee, which was acquired by Google in September 2016. He joined Apigee from IBM where he was VP and CTO for IBM's Information Management Division.

He has received several awards including IBM Fellow, IIT Delhi Distinguished Alumnus Award, President's Gold Medal for highest GPA at IIT Delhi, IBM Academy of Technology, and has authored over a dozen patents and over 20 technical papers, including frequent keynotes in industry and academic conferences.

Steve Papa


Steve is CEO of Parallel Wireless which he founded in 2012. Previously he founded Endeca in 1999 and served as CEO through the company’s $1.1 billion acquisition by Oracle in 2011. Under Steve’s leadership, Endeca achieved $750 million in revenue and pioneered Guided Navigation, now an industry standard. Prior to founding Endeca, Steve was part of the original Akamai team and an early member of the Inktomi team. Steve has a BS from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Hasan Rizvi

Hasan Rizvi is the former Executive Vice President of Oracle Fusion Middleware and Java Products. He held multiple executive roles at Oracle including Vice President of Oracle Enterprise Manager, Vice President of Security and Identity Management and Director of OLTP Technologies. Prior to returning to Oracle in 2001, he was Vice President of Engineering for Corio, Inc. He has a MS in Computer Science from Rutgers University and an MS in Engineering Management from Stanford University.

Ken Rudin


Ken is Google’s Head of User Growth and Analytics. Before joining Google he led analytics at Facebook and served as VP of Analytics and Platform Technologies at Zynga. Prior to these roles, Ken founded and was CEO of LucidEra, the company that pioneered the creation of the on-demand analytics market. Before founding LucidEra, he was VP and General Manager of Siebel CRM OnDemand and VP of Marketing for Siebel Analytics (now Oracle Analytics) at Siebel Systems. Ken additionally was co-founder and CEO of Emergent Corporation and began his career at Scalable Systems where he focused on large scale data warehouses. Ken holds a BS in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Harvard University and an MBA from Stanford University.

Chris Reisig


An accomplished sales leader with twenty years of technology industry experience both domestically and internationally, Chris has a proven track record of taking companies from $10 million to $100 million-plus in revenue.

Chris has served as SVP of Sales and Business Development at several notable technology companies including VMTurbo, Veracode, and Endeca (acquired by Oracle).

Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Saint Bonaventure University.

Bob Zurek


Bob is SVP and CTO at HealthcareSource where he leads information technology, engineering, product development, and platform integration strategy. Previously he served as Chief Technology Officer for Scribe Software, where was focused on expanding one of the industry’s leading Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) offerings. Prior to Scribe Software, Bob held executive leadership and product strategy roles at Epsilon, Oracle, and IBM, among others. He holds a BS from Keene State College.
